While we are expecting somewhat of a heat wave tomorrow (65 degrees in January!), I wanted to share this hilarious Jimmy Kimmel segment from a couple of weeks ago in which he shows a montage of the outrageous weather reports in Los Angeles. Now, I understand that when you’re used to constant temperatures in the 70s and 80s, a drop to 55 degrees can come as a little bit of a shock however, Kimmel is right in putting into perspective all of the hyperbole and dread that these Californians are feeling. It was 0 degrees last week in Chicago for crying out loud! I wouldn’t be surprised if all the trademark Chicago puffy coats stay in the closet tomorrow only to be replaced by jackets and possibly even some t-shirts. It’s something we must enjoy now because it’s back to below freezing by the end of the week.
